What is Cortes.Bros Cola de Mono?
Cola de Mono is a creamy liqueur made with milk, coffee, spices and alcohol. Think Baileys meets eggnog… but better. Each bottle is 1 Litre, 6.7% ABV and roughly 5.3 standard drinks.
We also offer a non‑alcoholic “mocktail” version using a white‑rum–inspired spirit for the same flavour without the alcohol.
How long does it last and how should I store it?
Our drink is lab‑tested with a 12‑day refrigerated shelf life.
It must stay cold at all times.
We recommend bringing a cooler bag and/or ice brick for pickup.
Do you deliver and where to?
Yes — we deliver to Melbourne’s Western Suburbs only.
Exceptions can be made for 3L+ orders or events (must be approved first).
We never leave alcohol unattended.
Delivery is only handed to someone 18+ with valid ID.
What happens if no one is home or I miss pickup?
If no one is home for delivery:
- Delivery fails
- No refund
- Pickup must be arranged from Melton or St Albans
For pickup:
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of your pickup time, your order is cancelled with no refund.
Rescheduling must be confirmed by us.
How long does my order take and can I change it?
Orders take 24–48 hours — no same‑day orders.
If you need to change your order, contact us ASAP.
Once your batch has started being made, changes can’t be made.
