RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Cortes.Bros


1. No Refunds for Failed Delivery
We strictly follow RSA and Victorian liquor laws.  
Alcohol will only be handed directly to someone 18+ with valid ID.  
We do not leave bottles unattended under any circumstances.

Delivery is considered failed if:  
- No one is home  
- No valid ID is shown  
- The address is incorrect  
- The recipient refuses the order  

If delivery fails:  
- No refund applies  
- You must arrange pickup from Melton or St Albans at an agreed time

2. Pickup Rules
Pickup is available from Melton or St Albans.  
Exact address is sent via SMS when your order is ready.

You must bring:  
- Valid ID  
- Your order number  

If someone else is collecting for you:  
- They must be 18+  
- You must notify us of their name  
- They must bring their ID + your order number

Missed Pickup
If you miss your pickup time and we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, your order is cancelled with no refund.

If you request a new pickup day, the new time must be confirmed by us.  
Repeated rescheduling or no‑shows will result in cancellation with no refund.

3. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

4. Order Changes
If you need to change your order, contact us ASAP.  
Once your batch has begun being made, changes cannot be made.

5. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your bottle arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours with photos.  
We will replace or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Storage Responsibility
Our Cola de Mono is lab‑tested with a best before of up to 12 days refrigerated at all times.  
We recommend bringing a cooler bag and/or ice brick for pickup.

Once collected or delivered, storage becomes your responsibility.
