Shipping policy

We currently deliver to Melbourne’s Western Suburbs only.

Exceptions may be made for:  

- Orders 3L+  

- Event bookings  

These must be approved before ordering.

We follow RSA and Victorian liquor laws.  

Delivery will only be handed directly to someone 18+ with valid ID.

We never:  

- Leave alcohol unattended  

- Leave alcohol with minors  

Delivery is considered failed if:  

- No one is home  

- No valid ID is shown  

- The address is incorrect  

- The recipient refuses the order  

If delivery fails:  

- No refund  

- You must arrange pickup from Melton or St Albans

Pickup is available from Melton or St Albans.  

Exact address is sent via SMS when your order is ready.

Bring:  

- Valid ID  

- Your order number  

If someone else is collecting:  

- They must be 18+  

- You must notify us of their name  

- They must bring ID + your order number

Orders must be collected at the agreed time.  

If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, your order is cancelled with no refund.

Rescheduling must be confirmed by us.  

Repeated rescheduling or no‑shows = cancellation with no refund.

We do not offer same‑day orders.  

Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to be prepared.

7. Storage & Transport

Our Cola de Mono must be refrigerated at all times.  

We recommend bringing a cooler bag and/or ice brick for pickup.
